Consulting Principles have for the best part or 2009 been developing the skills of the supervisory team at this Company, taking a group of inexperienced Team Leaders, Foreman and Co-ordinator and helping them to become familiar with management tools and techniques. Many of the supervisory group have not had study exposure to training for a number of years prior to this learning programme.
Delivery & Outcomes :
With the fully funded NVQ programme supported by Consulting Principles, the Company has achieved better performances in all areas of the manufacturing process. With the economic climate, having an effect on the business, improved efficiency has given the Company a crucial advantage on both cost reduction and customer service.
The supervisory group became familiar with the following techniques; Team Working, Team Leading and Problem Solving through analytical assessment.
Due to the success of the programme, the company is now taking the training model used to another group company. This will both aid the candidate in their development and the business as a whole. In addition to the supervisory training, the Company is taking on its IS0 9001 Internal Auditing through Consulting Principles.
