Overview - Consulting Principles Capability

• We are an Accredited Centre for delivery of QCF *Awards, Certificates and Diplomas (* formerly NVQ ) for both City & Guilds and PAA/VQSET Awarding Bodies

• We are able to access funding agency support for the delivery process

The NVQ / Lean programme model was developed by Consulting Principles in 2004.

The marrying of  QCF with our Lean programme offers a two-fold benefit.

• The participants in the QCF programmes receive a nationally recognised qualification,

• The Company benefits from increases in operating efficiency and opportunities to develop a continuous improvement culture, giving added value – a ‘win win’ situation.

The QCF qualifications currently on offer are :

• QCF Diploma in Business Improvement Techniques (Levels 2, 3)

• QCF Diploma in Process Industries Operations (Level 2, 3)

• QCF Certificate in Warehousing & Storage (Level 2)

• QCF (COGENT) Certificates in Chemical & Pharmaceutical based Operations
• QCF Certificate / Diploma in Process Engineering Maintenance (levels 2, 3)

The QCF qualifications delivery normally takes between three to four months and is workplace-based.

• The added-value support is delivered by performance driven, highly experienced manufacturing Specialists in support of Company management’s continuous improvement initiatives.

• The programme can cover any aspect of business improvement – shop floor efficiency improvements, engineering & maintenance systems, training, planning, commercial functions – or any combination which affords the Company maximum benefit.

The added-value input is not restricted to QCF participants or to the QCF timescale
